NASA gives up the ghost with Spirit
NASA has formally given up trying to communicate with the Spirit Rover on Mars. Spirit has exceed all expectations, operating for over 6 years rather than the original 3 months planned. Satellite 3 would like to say goodbye to the plucky little rover and hope she rests in peace.
